This is the buyers agency agreement that I need to be your Buyers Agent. Why this is needed is explained in Working with Real Estate Agents below.

Working with Real Estate Agents
This is a disclosure form required by NC when you work with a Real Estate Agent. They represent the Seller until you agree to have them represent you as the Buyer. This is called Buyer Agency.

The Working with Agents document above is required by North Carolina.  I would like to be your BUYERS AGENT.  The seller pays a commission when a home is sold.  This is split between the SELLERS AGENT and the BUYERS AGENT.  As a result there is no cost to you for my services.

Please do not discuss personal information with me about your goals until you have decided that you would like me to be your buyers agent.
